i2i Systems, in collaboration with Telenor and the University of Oslo, has successfully demonstrated the remote control of a five-finger robotic hand and surveillance using a RedCap camera over a 5G telco edge. This innovative solution highlights i2i Systems’ ability to push the boundaries of 5G technology, enabling high-precision robotic control and immersive experiences in remote environments.

performing networks. Telenor has integrated a multi-vendor platform, with i2i Systems among
the contributors, to deliver advanced 5G services. This includes network slicing and edge
compute resources tailored for low-latency, AI-driven applications.

At i2i Systems, we are proud to contribute to the digital transformation of both Türkiye and the world through our commitment to developing innovative telecommunications solutions. In collaboration with Turkcell, we demonstrated our cutting-edge 5G capabilities at TEKNOFEST 2024 in Adana. A key highlight of the event was the remote control of an excavator located 800 kilometers away in Kocaeli-Gebze, operated from the Turkcell booth using 5G technology. This impressive feat underscored the reliability and performance of i2i Systems’ 5G Core Network.
