Java Developer Responsibilities:

• Java Software Development Engineer will work in our Teknopark Istanbul (Kurtköy) office as part of the 5G Core Network Product Development department.

Java Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent department (It is preferable that the language of instruction is English.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to understand documents at technical level
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Knowledge and experience in Telecom and preferably 4G EPC and 5G Core Network
• Knowledge of microservice architecture
• Experience in J2EE, HTTP/REST, JSON, Web Service, SQL, Unix, Linux
• Experience in developing enterprise background (back-end) Java applications in a message-based, distributed and real-time architecture (Preferably Akka Framework experience)
• Ability to read and understand the standards and specifications published by 3GPP and develop accordingly
• Application/system development experience in Telecom field is preferred
• Knowledge of GTP (GPRS Tunneling Protocol) protocol is preferred
• Knowledge of Diameter Protocol is preferred
• Knowledge of NFV and SDN technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of C is preferred
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• No restriction to travel abroad in a professional capacity
