Turkcell, i2i Systems and Partners Honored with Best Demo Award at one6G Summit 2025

We are proud to announce that the joint demo, “Connected, Coordinated and Collaborative: Unlocking the Future of Construction,” presented in collaboration with Turkcell, has been honored with the Best Demo Award at the one6G Summit 2025.

This award-winning demonstration highlighted the transformative role of 5G and beyond in enabling Construction 5.0. The demo showcased advanced use cases involving heavy-
duty machinery—including a truck without a cockpit, a 15-ton excavator, and a drone—operating autonomously and collaboratively in a real construction mock zone. By leveraging robot–cobot autonomy, the demo illustrated how next-generation connectivity can eliminate the need for human presence in hazardous environments, ultimately enhancing safety, productivity, and efficiency. The outcomes of this work are expected to pave the way for new levels of autonomy across multiple industries, from mining to smart factories, setting the stage for safer and more efficient operations.
